How it works

Accessing treatment through My Medical Gateway is simple

Our straightforward process helps you compare hospitals, secure a treatment date and access treatment abroad with confidence.

1. Choose your treatment and hospital

Compare fixed-price MMG Treatment Packages from our network of Accredited Hospitals across Europe.

2. Secure your booking

Accept your Patient Treatment Contract and make the initial 10% payment. Your hospital’s English-speaking patient coordinator will then guide you through every step.

3. Send your diagnostic tests

Send your diagnostic tests to your hospital for clinical review. Once approved for treatment, you’ll be offered three treatment dates within six weeks.

4. Make your final payment and travel for treatment

Pay the remaining Treatment Package balance, travel to your chosen hospital and receive treatment from your consultant-led medical team.

5. Recover and return home

Receive your post-operative care and discharge documentation before returning home. Your Treatment Package also includes a remote follow-up with your hospital within 90 days.
