How it works
We’ve designed a simple, structured process to make accessing high-quality treatment abroad straightforward, transparent and predictable.
-
Choose your treatment
Browse our 48 procedures across our network of accredited European hospitals, including orthopaedics, spinal surgery, cardiology, cosmetic procedures and general surgery. If you are unsure which treatment or hospital is most appropriate, our support team is here to help. -
Compare hospitals and receive transparent pricing
Select your preferred treatment and instantly compare fixed-price quotes from leading EU hospitals. All prices are presented as fully inclusive MMG Treatment Packages, allowing you to compare like-for-like pricing with no hidden hospital fees. Treatment packages include remote diagnosis, surgery, hospital stay, consultant care, anaesthesia and immediate post-operative care, where applicable. -
Complete diagnostics and confirm your booking
Once you have selected your preferred hospital, you will be advised exactly which diagnostic tests are required to clear you for treatment. Most hospitals require recent diagnostics — generally less than 30 days old — to perform a remote diagnosis. Once your tests have been received, reviewed and approved, your hospital will offer you three treatment dates within the following six weeks. -
Travel for treatment and receive follow-up care
You will receive treatment in a fully licensed, internationally accredited European hospital and return home with complete medical documentation together with a post-operative follow-up review included within 90 days of treatment.
MMG also provides access to:
-
Finance options through Klarna
-
Secure international payment processing via Adyen
-
Medical travel insurance solutions designed specifically for healthcare abroad.
Please note that since 10 April 2026, the European Union’s new Entry/Exit System (EES) has been fully operational across the 29 Schengen countries. The system replaces manual passport stamping for non-EU visitors with digital registration. On first entry into the Schengen area, visitors will typically undergo fingerprint and facial recognition registration to monitor permitted 90-day stays.
With MMG, accessing treatment abroad is no longer complicated or uncertain. The process is designed to be clear, coordinated and professionally supported from initial enquiry through to recovery.
