Discounts

At My Medical Gateway, we believe that access to fast, safe and high-quality treatment abroad should be open to everyone—especially those who give so much to society. That’s why we offer special discounted packages to individuals in select groups who may benefit most from timely medical care.

Who qualifies for a discount?

We currently offer 5% off the full Treatment Package price (equivalent to waiving half of MMG’s platform commission) to users in the following groups:

• Students (aged 18–30 with valid student ID)

• Registered Professional Athletes with injuries requiring treatment (confirmation from governing body or club required)

• Registered Disabled Persons (holding a valid disability certificate or UK disabled railcard)

• UK Veterans of overseas combat operations may be eligible for a 10% discount or may choose to donate the equivalent to a UK veterans' charity. See Honour our Veterans for full details.

How to apply for a discount

1. Register as a Platform User at www.mymedicalgateway.com

2. Contact MMG Support at info@mymedicalgateway.com with:

• Proof of eligibility (e.g. student ID, athletic license, disability documentation)

• The treatment you’re interested in

3. MMG will verify your documentation and apply your discount before you confirm payment.

We are reviewing further discount policies for:

• Retired NHS workers

• Carers (officially registered)

• Teachers in public education

Note:  Discounts apply to MMG’s fee and do not affect hospital pricing, which remains fully transparent and unchanged. All Treatment Packages still include airport transfers, pre-operative testing, hospital stay, and post-op care.
