My Medical Gateway was founded on a simple belief: where someone lives should not determine how long they wait for treatment, what they pay for it, or the quality of healthcare they can access.
Outstanding hospitals, clinicians and medical technology exist around the world, yet accessing healthcare in another country remains unnecessarily complicated. MMG was created to change that.
We are building a trusted digital marketplace that enables patients to discover, compare and access high-quality international healthcare with greater transparency, confidence and control. We began by connecting UK patients facing long NHS waits and high private healthcare costs with accredited hospitals across Europe, combining transparent pricing with a structured treatment journey from diagnostics through treatment and follow-up.
Our ambition, however, extends beyond Europe. We believe technology, AI and data science can progressively remove geographical and administrative barriers, helping patients identify the healthcare provider best suited to their needs — whether for value, speed, specialist expertise or clinical excellence.
That vision is reflected in MMG's unusually international team, bringing together experience in government, medicine, technology, AI, data science, investment, communications, law and public service from across the world.
Our long-term ambition is to make geography less relevant to healthcare: connecting patients with outstanding medicine wherever it is found, and making accessing it simpler, safer and more transparent.
