Vida Tayebi

Vida has more than 15 years’ experience in business development, investment, hospitality and placemaking across the Middle East, the UK and Europe.

She began her career in commercial real estate at DTZ before joining Fitch Ratings, where she became Associate Director in the European Structured Finance team, analysing commercial mortgage-backed securities across Europe. She holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Real Estate Finance and Strategy from Cass Business School.

Vida subsequently founded a hospitality business in London before becoming Chief Operating Officer of Prepline Holdings. There, she oversaw the launch and development of more than 30 food and beverage concepts and supported the company’s expansion across the GCC.

Through Juniper Strategy, Vida now advises businesses, investors and property developers on growth, international expansion and placemaking. Her recent work includes defining the food and beverage vision for Générale Continentale Investissements’ Latitude office development in La Défense, Paris, a project recognised with three TITAN Property Awards.

At MMG, Vida leads business development and supports investor engagement, identifying new commercial opportunities and developing strategic relationships with investors and international partners. Fluent in English, French and Farsi, with advanced Spanish, she combines international perspective with practical experience of building and scaling businesses across diverse markets.
