Get treated sooner
Once your hospital has reviewed your medical information and confirmed that you are suitable for treatment, it will provide three treatment date options within six weeks.
Your medical records and diagnostic results are sent directly to your chosen hospital for review, helping you move from enquiry to treatment as quickly as possible.

Book with confidence
You don't need to know in advance whether the hospital will accept you for treatment.
After you make your Initial Payment, your medical information is reviewed by your chosen hospital to confirm that the treatment is suitable for you. If the hospital decides that it cannot offer you treatment on clinical grounds, your Initial Payment is refunded in full.
That means you can take the next step without risking your Initial Payment if you are not accepted for treatment.
One point of support throughout
You are not left to organise treatment abroad by yourself.
From your first enquiry, MMG helps you understand the process and what you need to do next. Once your treatment is confirmed, you will also have an English-speaking patient coordinator at your hospital to help manage your care.
Your package includes airport transfers at your treatment destination and, where required, transport between your accommodation and rehabilitation appointments.
Know what you are paying for
Every MMG Treatment Package has a fixed published price for the treatment specified.
It includes the hospital charges associated with your chosen procedure and any hospital stay included within that package, so you can understand the cost before committing.

Support after your operation
Your care does not simply end when you leave the operating theatre.
Where clinically required, hospital-provided post-operative care and rehabilitation included within your specific Treatment Package will be clearly shown before you book.
Where appropriate, your package also includes a remote follow-up with your treating hospital within 90 days of your procedure, allowing your clinical team to review your recovery and advise you on your progress.
Pre-operative assessment included
Any pre-operative assessment that your treating hospital requires as part of your admission and treatment is included within your Treatment Package.
What isn't included?
There are a few costs you will normally need to arrange separately:
- Diagnostic tests carried out in the UK before treatment
- Flights or other international travel
- Accommodation outside your included hospital stay
- Meals and normal personal expenses
