Every MMG Treatment Package combines consultant-led healthcare, dedicated patient support and a commitment to provide three treatment date options within six weeks of clinical clearance.

MMG manages your entire treatment journey, working closely with accredited private hospitals in Europe to accelerate access to care and coordinate every stage of the process. From your initial enquiry through treatment and recovery, your Treatment Package includes care coordination, ongoing patient support, post-treatment follow-up and assistance with your post-operative recovery, helping you get back on your feet as quickly as possible.

This level of end-to-end support is not included within the standard service offered by most UK or overseas private hospitals, delivering a seamless healthcare experience with greater speed, certainty and peace of mind.

  • All clinically required pre-operative assessments performed by the treating hospital are included within your treatment pathway, ensuring you are fully prepared before undergoing treatment.
• Full hospital treatment costs ✔️
  • Your package includes the treatment specified at your chosen hospital, including all required hospital charges and overnight stays, where clinically necessary. This provides transparent pricing and helps avoid unexpected treatment costs.
• Integrated post-operative ✔️
  • Care Where clinically required, post-operative care delivered by the treating hospital is included as part of your Treatment Package to support your recovery and help you get back on your feet. Unlike many UK and overseas private hospitals, where post-operative care such as physiotherapy is generally charged separately, MMG includes this support within your package price.
• Daily treatment transfers ✔️
  • Where required, daily transfers between your accommodation and the rehabilitation facility are included during your treatment pathway, helping to make your recovery journey as comfortable as possible.
• Remote follow-up consultation ✔️
  • Where clinically appropriate, a remote follow-up consultation with the treating hospital is included within 90 days of treatment. This forms an important part of your treatment pathway, enabling the clinical team to review your recovery, assess outcomes and provide ongoing guidance following your procedure.
• Airport transfers ✔️
  • Arrival and departure airport transfers are included, providing a smooth and convenient connection between the airport and your treatment destination.

What's not included?

To ensure complete transparency, the following services are not included:

• Diagnostic tests performed in the UK ✖
  • Private diagnostic investigations arranged independently in the UK before or after treatment are not included within the Treatment Package price.
• International travel ✖
  • Flights and other transportation to and from your treatment destination are not included.
• Accommodation and daily living expenses ✖
  • Accommodation outside of any hospital stay, together with meals and personal living expenses, are not included.

Need help understanding what's included?

All MMG Accredited Hospitals are contractually required to deliver the core elements of the MMG Treatment Package, including the service commitments and patient support standards described above. However, clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating consultant and hospital.

As a result, Treatment Packages may vary between hospitals and patients. Factors such as accommodation standards, the length of hospital stay, the nature and duration of post-operative care, rehabilitation programmes and recovery support will be determined by the treatment being provided and the clinical judgement of the treating medical team.
