Dr. Eudaldo José Gallo del Valle

Dr Eudaldo José Gallo del Valle specialises exclusively in surgery of the hand, wrist and elbow. He practises at HM Madrid Río and is a member of the Upper Limb Unit at Hospital Universitario General de Villalba, Madrid. Widely recognised for his expertise in complex upper limb surgery, he combines advanced reconstructive techniques with minimally invasive arthroscopic procedures to restore function, relieve pain and maximise long-term patient outcomes. His practice encompasses both elective orthopaedic surgery and acute trauma, with particular expertise in sports injuries, peripheral nerve disorders and post-traumatic reconstruction. Dr Gallo del Valle completed specialist training in Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology in Spain before undertaking advanced fellowship training in hand and wrist surgery at nationally and internationally recognised centres, including specialist clinical attachments in the United States. He subsequently achieved the prestigious Diploma Español de Cirugía de la Mano (DECIM), awarded by the Spanish Society for Hand Surgery (SECMA), recognising advanced subspecialist competence in hand surgery. He is also a Fellow of the European Board of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (FEBOT), one of Europe's highest professional qualifications for orthopaedic surgeons. His clinical practice focuses on disorders of the hand, wrist and elbow, including fractures, ligament injuries, tendon reconstruction, nerve compression syndromes, arthritis, sports injuries and complex post-traumatic conditions. He regularly performs advanced reconstructive procedures and wrist arthroscopy, remaining actively involved in the development of innovative surgical techniques.
