He went on to complete his advanced medical specialization in Gynecology through the UMC Utrecht Academic Cluster, establishing a strong clinical foundation in modern obstetric care, surgical gynecology, and women’s health management. Throughout his four-decade career, Dr. Pal has held key consultant positions at prominent medical centers in the Netherlands, including Elisabeth Hospital in Tilburg, Franciscus Hospital in Roosendaal, and Bravis Hospital (Bergen op Zoom-Roosendaal).
