Dr Brígida Martínez is a Consultant ENT surgeon with more than 20 years of clinical experience in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of disorders affecting the ear, nose and throat. Practising at both HM Nou Delfos in Barcelona and at Hospital Universitari Sagrat Cor, she provides consultant-led care across the full spectrum of adult and paediatric ENT conditions, with particular expertise in rhinology, endoscopic sinus surgery, functional and cosmetic nasal surgery, sleep-related breathing disorders and head and neck pathology. Her approach combines advanced minimally invasive techniques with personalised treatment planning to achieve excellent functional and aesthetic outcomes. Dr Martínez has built an extensive specialist practice centred on the diagnosis and management of complex nasal and sinus disease, including chronic rhinosinusitis, nasal obstruction, nasal polyps and septal deformities.
